It was a toss up between this book and To Kill A Mockingbird. In the end I chose this as I felt it drew out more emotion.

The Book With No Pictures by B.J. Novak

This book is a book without pictures. The adult reading the book must say every single word in the book. It is the perfect book for our household because the adults can be even sillier than the child.
